All ROYA pieces are made to order and crafted by hand. As personalised items, they are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal under EU Consumer Law (Article 16c, Directive 2011/83/EU).
 

If your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact me within 10 days of delivery at royajewelstudio@gmail.com with your order number and photographs of the issue. Requests submitted after 10 days will not be eligible.

Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. ROYA reserves the right to reject a return if the above conditions are not met.
 

Refunds

If a return is approved, I will offer a repair, remake, or refund depending on the nature of the defect. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

What is not covered

• Normal wear and aging of metal

• Scratches, dents, or abrasions from everyday use

• Damage to gemstones from accidents or improper care

• Discolouration from exposure to chemicals, cosmetics, chlorine, or water

• Damage resulting from improper use or alterations made by a third party

• Theft or loss

Each ROYA piece is made by hand. Slight variations in texture, finish, and form are natural to the process and are not considered as a defect, it's what make each piece unique.
