Swimming, showering and washing your hands - always remove your jewelry first.
 
Jewelry must be removed before any kind of exercise. Sweat is a complex, natural thing and it can speed up tarnish.
 
Store them separately inside a cloth bag or their original box. Avoid overcrowding the box so the pieces aren't touching each other. This prevents scratches on the metal and gemstones.
 
As the colour of the piece fades or changes, gently wipe the item with the polishing cloth provided. Wipe dry, do not use water or other liquids.
